A proud University of Oregon alum, Keith bleeds green and yellow and follows the Ducks in all sports. It’s that outstanding Oregon education that brought Keith to The Standard. Vocational Case Manager

Sandy Johnson says she spent her 20s “finding herself,” and along the way she “found” several degrees and learned how to work with substance abuse clients, assist injured workers and design ergonomic training programs for supervisors. When she’s at home base she takes those skills and applies them to her vocational case manager position with The Standard.

Stuart is a mental health case manager for Workplace Possibilities. He spends his time reviewing mental health claims and working with the Workplace Possibilities Consultants to determine if and how people with mental health issues can return to their jobs safely and efficiently.

Emma Ortiz’s proudest moments happen when she can be an advocate for employees. As a Workplace Possibilities consultant, this is a regular occurrence for Emma.

Prior to joining The Standard, Emma spent nearly two decades providing assistance to disabled employees through counseling, as well as ergonomic assessments and analysis.

Before joining The Standard as a mental health case manager, Dr. Jeff Guardalabene commuted on public transit for four hours per day to and from his job as staff psychologist at a college counseling center.

You could say there’s a lot more to Todd Meier than his day job. As a Workplace Possibilities Program Coordinator with The Standard, he helps employers by designing, implementing and managing on-site vocational services. Outside of work, Todd gets in touch with his creative side.

With more than 30 years of experience in the absence/disability management and productivity industry, it’s no surprise that Michael Klachefsky practices what he preaches outside of work. He’s been a certified aerobics instructor for 18 years and has taught classes in several corporate fitness programs. He has played organized softball since he was a child.

Most days you’ll find Bryant Millan on the road. As a Workplace Possibilities consultant, Bryant frequently travels to be on-site with the employees of the companies he supports.

When he is not helping employees remain productive and on the job through ergonomic interventions, he is busy with his family. The proud father of two enjoys watching his kids play soccer, football and rugby on the weekends. He even gets in on the action every Sunday in his volleyball league.
